Is my post count abuse?

Is posting with enlarged, bold, colored font abuse?

Is posting a floating picture like Sorostitute does with the little hat on top of the wolf constitute abuse?

I mean there are no rules anywhere on the site that I could find.

anything that disrupts the user experience or changes what another user posted - basically if you use good judgment you won't have a problem

Question: In this thread I'm selling a TV. The TV was in Wilmington when I made the thread, but it is now in Raleigh. Would it be considered abuse to strike the line where it says the TV is located in Wilmington in the original post?

generally it's considered HTML abuse if the mod who sees it first doesn't understand what the code does
