I need to start watching that show again. I know they got some of the shows on DVD, but they eventually repeat.I might have to go to the website to get the recipe.

Thanks. The only thing that might turn me off is the wheat germ, but that's probably in all granola bars, so sounds delicious.

whipped up the potstickers the other day, they are easy, cheap and damn awesome

Actually wheat germ isn't that bad, hell I put it in my oatmeal and cereal. Plus you can hardly taste it and its very healthy for ya.

these are awesome, my girl makes them quite well. Except the first batch where: 1 1/2 ounces raw sunflower seeds, approximately 1/2 cup Alton on the show says leave the seeds on but trust me, you don't want to. It throws off the bar BIGTIME.

Thanks, ncsuapex for making another thread - too bad mine died I got a waffle iron for Christmas, so I can't wait for the waffle episode (The waffle truth) to come on (FEB 21st at 7:00pm). DVR is set.

^oops , I meant shells. Sunflower seed shells are gross, the saltiness throws the bar off, and they make you take non stop dumps.

yeah in the episode he says to leave the shells on I buy a pack of the seeds only and use them. In the online recipe its got
2/21/2007 10:45:18 AM

2/26/2007 3:20:12 PM
I guess the whole savory and sweet deal. Who knows?
2/26/2007 3:25:42 PM
the only answer is to try it for yourself.
2/26/2007 3:26:43 PM
