I'm trying to come up with ways to stick it to my office, if only as a way of compensating for my shitty pay. There's not much to steal, but I swipe paper, binder clips, blank CDs, CD cases, envelopes, post-it pads, pens, folders, whatever I need at home and don't want to pay for. I wait until my supervisor leaves for lunch, so that I can take 1.5-1.75 hour lunch breaks. They told me not to take personal calls on my cell phone, so I just go to the second floor (another company is upstairs) and talk. Anyone swipe anything interesting from work? What other ways have you come up with for sticking it to them?

Do an upper-decker in the shitter, esp. if its your last day and you company doesn't have a cleaning crew.Got a private office you can nap in? I have done that by accident once or twice.

i have no idea what company you work for, but I have seen some businesses do some pretty shitty things to employees, and if you're in one of those companies I can see why you would do stuff like that.but keep in mind your direct supervisor/boss may be the root of the problem, not the whole company....and bragging about it might not be the best idea either.

Did you know that stealing something as little as a dollar or any thing of value from your company is grounds to charge you with embezzlement? There is no Misdemeanor embezzlement either....its a Felony charge. Granted you would not get convicted of Felony embezzlement for stealing office supplies, you do not want to risk going around the rest of your life with a charge like that showing on your record.
