It's a apparently a pretty common neurological disorder that results in a 'coupling' of sensations.

For me, i see numbers and letters in colors, (the grapheme to color variety). I had always knew i did this sort of strangely, but never thought anything of it until yesterday when i wrote the date as 10/11/07. The girl sitting next to me told me it was wrong. I just briefly glanced at it and couldn't tell anything was wrong until i actually focused on it. It's because for me 10 and 4 have the same color (blue-green) and so without directly looking at it, my brain has a hard time telling them apart. It sort of freaked me out so i decided to look it up.

It comes in more varieties, taste to music, personality to words, etc. It's pretty neat, chances are, some of you will have it too and never gave it much thought. Just letting you know.

That really really smart dude has it. He even likes and dislikes certain three digit numbers because of the way they look.
