Sun., Nov. 6, 2 p.m., Talley Ballroom Free to the public
The music of Ted Gellar and Tony Sprinkle in concert. Wind quintets, computer music, and performance art, inspired by current social problems, classical literature, and liturgical texts. Social commentary, entertainment, and aesthetic pleasure. Plus a wild audio-visual performance art piece entitled "A Terrorist Survival Guide"!

a) Wind quintets (clarinet + oboe + tenor sax + accordian = garbage) b) computer music (bring a pacifier and glow sticks) c) performance art, inspired by current social problems (ballet and/or nonsensical dancing) d) classical literature (the dancers wear elizabethan collars) e) liturgical texts (make those collars extra fancy) .
f) Social commentary (I know what's wrong with the world) g) entertainment (but don't know how to fix it) , and h) aesthetic pleasure (you can look at this stuff) i) wild audio-visual performance art piece entitled "A Terrorist Survival Guide"! (this was written while high and/or really drunk and totally thinking about stuff)
