Did you miss the Eastern Kentucky game, even though you claimed a football ticket?
If so, your probability of winning tickets has decreased by 50% for the rest of the season, according to the Athletics policy.
If you would like to appeal this punishment, please visit http://tickets.ncsu.edu. The appeal must be filed by 11:00 PM on Monday (9/19), and will be reviewed by the Campus Community Committee of the Student Senate. You will be notified via email if your appeal is granted.

What if you claim the ticket but you can't go so you give it to some other student to use? Are you still penalized even though the ticket was used, just by someone else? I'm confused about this stuff...
I got mine scanned but got penalized. How is this going to effect our eligiblilty for unc since the appeals won't be processed until after we find out if we win tickets or not? Why is it still allowing me to be a group leader if I have been penalized?
^ If you look at the timestamp of my post, tickets had not been released yet. I did, however, get a ticket with my block for the UNC game, but my account still shows an unwarranted penalty (it was scanned!) I submitted the appeal thing, telling them I can send them pictures I took from the game to prove it, if anything I could say wouldn't be proof enough. Jeez. Definitely kinks in the system still.
let's just be clear...it does suck that the system seems to screw a few of you over, but unless you appeal and SG tells me to grant you your points back, you aren't getting them back...
so be patient, and sorry that you're one of the unlucky ones
The gate attendant couldn't get her scanner to work on one of the two tickets I got through the new system, but let me in anyway. Basically I got penalized because of NCSU's faulty system. It's convenient, but rather harsh.
