Win a Blind Date with Technician!

Forget The Bachelor and Average Joe...

Technician is offering a chance for one lucky man and one lucky woman to be set up on a Blind Date to the Melting Pot.

By submitting a 250-word letter explaining why you want to experience this chance of a lifetime along with a photo of yourself, you could be selected to go on a date completely paid for by Technician. If selected by our staff, your photo and information will be placed on the Technician Web site for the entire student body to ogle at and vote on. The winners of the male and female catagories will Win a $100 date to Melting Pot.

All interested singles can submit their vitals to diversions@technicianstaff.com

You have until Monday Feb. 16 to submit!

I think their ultimate feast for two is $88 or something like that. So with tax, maybe $95...eh, might have to spot a bit of the tip unless you want to be a cheap SOB.

Oh, right, and good luck getting the Technician to sponsor alcohol on the bill

Does the ultimate feast for two include dessert? There's no point going to the Melting Pot unless you get dessert.

yeah I think the Ulimate feast does include dessert. I just remember it being a lot of food.

The 100 year old cognac is amazing- that was once a dessert I shared with a special someone. $35.00 a glass and brought to the table by the owner/manager. Very nice.


Any old single men on here? Maybe I should pull out my writing skills

with dessert? Could you do dinner for two with the three course meal (salad, fondue, dessert fondue) and then wine for $100? If not, what would you give up.
