Lapse in email notification over the past week

Ever since the 11th of January apparently our email out of The Wolf Web server hasn't been sending to email addresses inside ncsu.edu, which account for 80% of our email. Everyone that has registered since then had been unable to get their passwords until now! Everything sent through "contact us", the book exchange, or the forgot password pages went into the black hole of blocked email.
NCSU has blocked our mail server from sending within the NCSU domain. We have temporarily remedied the problem by sending from another server. Anyone in charge of email at NCSU, feel free to unblock us!
UPDATE : NCSU has agreed to unblock our email server on the condition that I clean up my email behavior. Unknowingly, I had been a very bad boy! Thanks to Tim and Harry at NCSU computing for cleaning this situation up.

NC STate servers went down over the weekend. Saturday there was a big problem that was resolved later in the day. Perhaps the emails are just stuck in the pipeline. Do you need contacts in the admin to get this resolved? Be glad to provide some.
er, uh, original post ^^^ 6:48 am. I was not at work, but rather in my bathrobe. Besides, email is a huge part of my job, so who is to say this is not work-related?!!
sending thousands of emails from an account that didn't exist to NCSU accounts that didn't exist. ncsu gets pissed when the emails bounce off me after they bounced off them.

How exactly were you doing this? I mean, thousands of emails? That does sound like a bad boy haha
