Amato's Plea to Students Amato knows the atmosphere in Carter-Finley will be different Saturday when Ohio (1-9) comes to town. But he challenged the Wolfpack fans to show up during the Thanksgiving holiday to support a team that needs one more win to get into the mix of the Gator, Peach and Tangerine bowls.
"I'm pleading with our faithful people and our students -- and I know our students want to get home -- to come out and see this team again," Amato said. "That stadium has been filled every game we've played this year.
"I can understand the situation, but if we truly want to get there like everybody else we've got to get that feel of, 'Hey, it's a football weekend and we don't care what's going on and we don't care who we're playing.' Do you think Nebraska, and I don't care who they're playing, would be concerned about filling a stadium up with 80,000 people? No, no, not at all. I have full faith in our fans being there come Saturday."

I won't be able to be there in person, as much as i'd like to (thanksgiving in charlotte, family would be upset if i bailed on them), but I will be there in spirit (and near the TV or radio )
