Voted Yes and Yes. I've never criticized O'Brien other than his retaining Mike Archer as DC. Otherwise I am confident in his ability to build State into a consistent 8 win team.

As for Lowe, I am on the fence with him, but think he deserves at least next year with the incoming guard talent.
