How about a next button for when you view the pictures in someones gallery, so you don't have to go back out to the thumbnails to go to the next picture?

Yeah it takes way to long for those pages to reload after hitting the back button.

it would take up too much bandwidth i'm sure...plus if someone left their computer on that page for hours it would take up other's who were active's bandwidth

^ what would?putting stuff into cache wastes the user's computer space, although sending would take some bandwidth, it would take less than constantly refreshing and constantly reloading those pictures....and once a page is loaded, it stops transmission. unless yew have a constant refresh option, like crazybrowser and opera do, it wouldn't take up any bandwidth.
