I notice that when some people violate certain rules, they plan to do so under another TWW SN. I motion that the person(s) who commit these acts get suspended as well as other names they may have had, so as not to escape the consequences.

and how do you propose corellating each person with their individual usernames? can't be done unless you could sign up with an email address more than once, and that can't be done either, so it's a moot point.
