i was wondering how you guys served this site:

1) do you run it off a regular computer ?
2) what type of connection do you have and how do you pay for bandwidth ?
3) where is the server located ? at an isp ?
4) do you run it on linux, and what distro ?

1) has some descriptive pics in his gallery that are pretty cool (and confusing wires too)... its a rack
2) i think i remember jake or joe saying they moved it to the big commercial datacenter in cary (can't remember the name) but its tons of bandwidth. like multiple OC-x connections. they pay for it with money

4) win2k (server? adv. server?) since it's running asp and they use terminal services.

then again i could not know what the hell i'm talking about and be completely wrong

you're probably right about the win2k... it IS .asp unless someone ported it to linux...
