What about some kind of meter telling you if you are going to hit flood control soon and how long you have until you can post again if you do hit it.

TWW does keep track of it for you. It just doesnt tell you until it has to restrict you. If you posted 45 posts in an hour, wait until post 1 clears the hour line, and you can post again. Its not that fucking long.
