Those tax crooks in downtown Smithfield have lost their minds with this 8-year reappraisal. They basically doubled everyone's property values...looks like they just went to Zillow.com and added 10-20% to those bogus inflated estimates. They've tried to bake in future market value...not even close to current market. Anyone here ever successfully appealed this type of shenanigans?
