Perhaps perpetual thread idk, totally a hypothetical

Anyways if the president lets say goes under anesthesia, and VP assumes power, can that President pardon the President that is under anesthesia? And therefore the president under anesthesia wouldn't have to pardon themselves

Good question, but the President (acting or actual) cannot pardon state charges -- only federal. States' Rights!

^^ VP would have full powers assuming the Speaker of the House and the Senate President Pro Tem where notified in accordance with the 25th Amendment.
