You’re taking yourself way too seriously. They made catchy songs (covers or originals, who gives a shit?). No one is saying they are some revolutionary band that changed the course of music - or songwriting. The fact that people go out of their way to hate on sublime twenty years after the lead singer died is just weird to me.
