help me figure out if I'm supposed to get free oil changes and tire rotations for a certain time period?

a friend of mine has an older version of the van and he said he did, but I can't find any evidence of that being a thing online

maybe it has something to do with where I bought it? I'm too dumb for real life stuff

only thing I can find on google thus far is certain dealerships seem to do it up to 20000 miles or 2 years. Another says 24000

I'm sitting at like 20500 and I've had it 1.5 years
