Bald eagles don't really squawk. They make kinda unintimidating screeches. The sound most people associate with eagles (because of tv/movies/etc) is a hawk.

searched up "hawk noises" on youtube, found a nice comment under a video of such

This whole incident is incredibly stupid, but like any patriotic, REAL American, I totally got roped into wasting several hours of my Saturday hoping to watch the missile strike on live TV, only to be vastly disappointed by the lame Twitter footage depicting the withered balloon looking like a cum filled condom, as opposed to an epic fireball of Hidenberg-esque proportions.
