Do you have any things that you do each year to gift?

I make a few things every year around the holidays:

Peanut butter balls (a recipe I got from my grandmother)
Tamales (a recipe I got from somebody else's grandmother)
Apple pie (the drank)

I also buy a bunch of turkeys when they are on sale at Thanksgiving and break them down, vacuum seal them, smoke some of them - just basically eat turkey for 6 months.

This year has been so damn hard to get ahead of these home tasks because I've been alternately injured or sick since September.

Not necessarily things to gift but we always make Christmas cookies. Ginger snaps that are my wife’s great grandmas recipe. And a couple other cookie recipes we traditionally make it. But that’s about it.

I'm giving my Wisconsinite parents some peanut butter balls, an Usinger's summer sausage, a bottle of cheap brandy, and some cheese.

I'm lactose intolerant so I only make cheese things for other people and my wife does not like blue cheese so... nope. But if I could eat cheese I'd eat blue cheese 'cause I like smelly, gross things.
