Let’s say you canceled your trash/recycling service two years ago but they never picked up the bins so you just kept filling them up and putting them out every week and the trash man dumps them with the other neighbors’ bins. Let’s also assume that your account doesn’t show that you have an active service or any bins outstanding. Do you keep trucking Jesus until Mr. Trash Man catches on?
