I hate scheduling anything before 9:30A, even though I'm typically up working long before then. Having said that, sometimes that is the only slot available on everyone's schedule.

I start work at 7:00, so it doesn't bother me much. I also don't mind meeting at 7:00, particularly because I work with people in India, so it's more convenient for all of us.

That's my window of me time, so it does annoy me, but agree that it is sometimes the only slot available, especially when working with people in India.

Mostly I work before that. Take the kids to school and then eat breakfast and drink coffee around that time.
