I have been staying with my sister for the past 7 months in PA since coming back from Germany and have been trying to get work in Pharma but there is nothing here. I even started waiting tables a couple a months ago to save some money to visit my son on his Birthday when everything with the pandemic started shutting stuff down, and I lost that, too.

Now, the situation with my sis has always been great, but I have been talking to an old friend in WA state that has some connections and is really making moves to get me a job, but I need to be there. I had planned on leaving next week. Here is the problem.

1) the situation with the Virus is still escalating, and I am running the risk of going out west with no long term backup plan in case things like domestic flights get shut down.

2) my brother in law and I got into a terrible argument last week, which has made communication within the house pretty bad. It makes me wanna go even more.

So, I don't know if I should just commit to this chance or continue to stay for what may end up being the foreseeable future.

Thoughts?
