You have to go into this season with very low expectations for the team. But, if we got a steal with PJ and it seems like maybe we did, that is a big win that could be built on. I also really like Miles Bridges.

I also have always like Terry Rozier. He's not Kemba, but I think he'll be a solid PG.

That was a fun opening game. Energy was good and ball movement was incredible. Every player sans Batum looked good -- Bridges, Monk, Bacon, Cody, even old man Marv. Graham and Washington looked outstanding.

Rozier's shot wasn't falling, but I really like the way he plays -- crafty, high energy, doesn't force things, crashes the glass and immediately starts the break. I think he's going to surprise people this year.

Hornets will still be plenty bad. They're turnover prone and bad defensively -- they don't really have a shot blocker outside of Biz. But at least they'll be fun to watch.

Beat the Kings last night. The Kings suck, but I didn’t watch the game.

Hornets play GSW Saturday and Steph is out with his hand injury.

Maybe they will hit the over on the season win total (23 I think) after all.

The King is even worse.
They have slight chance to steal a win from Chase center. But last season they lost 47 pts there.

Zeller is the only veteran of the starting five. Marvin, Batum and MKG seem shrinking. This team totally changes its look.

Theyve beaten possibly the worst two teams in the nba in the kings and warriors. The pacers were missing 3 starters. The bulls win took a historic 3 pt shooting performance. Obviously the team has outperformed my and basically every hornets fans expectations so far...but they havent won a game of note yet, imo

They played some lucky balls at the beginning and stole some games by buzzer beaters, also some key players were still recovering from injuries. But these won't happen again so often any more as everyone is getting serious now.

But based off POTG on facebook, seems one cool thing about this team is they have 4-5 players that could score 20+ any given night.
