Yeah but in most actual fights the punch only knocks the surface of the tooth out and leaves the root. I know this from experience. I had a tooth knocked out from a jab once. I went to the dentist, and he was like "yep, you got hit, you're gonna have a hole here now."

He even made a comment about how real life isn't like the movies and laughed. He was a funny guy though.
