I'm coming from an information technology background and considering making a switch to accounting. From checking out UNC's website, the core classes are..– Financial Reporting A– Financial Reporting B– Financial Reporting C– Introductory Finance– Managerial and Cost Accounting– Auditing and Assurance Services– Federal Income Tax– Professional Communication for Accountants– Data Analytics for Accountantsand I was considering Tax concentration..– International Tax– Corporate Tax Strategy– Taxation of Flow-Through Entities– Tax ResearchWhat classes would be the most difficult so I can prepare myself? Thanks!

I think you're on the wrong website

– Financial Reporting A– Introductory FinanceThese two kind of suck because they're over the summer so it's like you have a week and a half of class and then a midterm and another week and a half and then a final.Data Analytics for Accountants - This is new so I have no idea. The other Financial Reporting classes can be kind of tricky but doable. Everything else is easy enough if you keep up with reading and go to class. All the tax classes that Courtney Edwards teaches are pretty straightforward and you shouldn't have a problem with them. The flow through entities class sucked but I think that's because the instructor that taught it wasn't great at explaining things. I think it's someone else teaching now though. For electives, I recommend all the law classes. As long as you put in effort you'll be good.
