Please make the "edit post" feature able to be used anytime. Ability to edit thread titles and posts would be greatly beneficial. Only being able to edit w/in 30min of posting really sucks. Please, i urge someone to update the edit feature to be more versatile and efficient. Thanks!

No. If that was available, people would post something, come back the next day and completely change it. While it would be nice for some things, the abuse of that feature would be monstrous.

It is common sense that you should carefully think out your posts beforehand anyway. Discipline yourself and you will no longer need to edit your posts.

Thanks for telling everyone what I think, Professor X. Don't start shit in the Feedback Forum, for Christ's sake.

Telling someone to be better than what they are, while sound advice, isn't really applicable feedback.

My topic was intended for the Classifieds section specifically then...i see how it can be abused, but it would be really helpful in selling stuff.

The edit feature didn't always have a 30 minute limit...

why should classifieds be any different from the other boards??? NO.

I think the edit function is fine like it is.

If you give people more than thirty minutes to edit one stupid comment made in the heat of the moment, will America then also allow us to take back a murder? Sorry, I know this has nothing what-so-fucking-ever to do with editing your opinion, but really, if you can't make up your mind within thirty minutes, you don't deserve to be in college, taking exams and writing papers. Go back to highschool, little ones.i

^as i was saying before...it was meant for the classifieds in particular. Why? It would be helpful for sellers to edit prices after considering price changes and also it would be nice for the buyer to see if an item has been sold or not in the first post.
