Honestly they only teams that could give the US issues are Spain and China. The only way the US loses is if the players just don't care.

Dallas Mavericks was treated a delicious Peking Duck feast last summer. They won Beijing Ducks by 40 pts in the summer league games. Team China is for sure stronger than a club team, but not too much.
On the other side, Dallas last summer is about the same level as Charlotte Hornets right now---since the Uconn Duo are both leaving. So I would say Charlotte may still be able to beat them.

It was a very close game, 84-80. Hornets was kind like giving them some confidence to prepare for the world cup, so they benched Bacon and Bridges. Team China took advantage of it and got the win.
Team Croatia also attend the summer league.
