Has anything changed with how Hopscotch is executed?

Meaning, is it still spread out amongst venues 15 minutes apart, with 30 minute sets, and inability to get into places due to fire code?

If so, it doesn't matter what bands are there, it is not wort paying money for. Volunteer for them and go to day parties.

Pay money once the shows start at noon, and you're given buffer time in between sets/venues in order to actually see everyone.

cause if not, then, no not worth the money.

there are lines out the door for popular bands, and sure you can skip the line with a VIP, but if theyre at capacity, it doesnt matter

and if you have eclectic tastes, it's difficult if not impossible to get from one show to the next, because of the staggered starts.

I think my favorite show this year was Jenny Lewis. Kurt vile/snail mail was a close second. Also liked Trace Mountains, charly bliss, and the Watson twins. Phantagram was better than I expected. I like Chvrches, but the show was a little meh.i dont really like red hat tho.

Funny story. I met Amelia Meath and Nick Sanborn, on separate occasions, whilst wearing a Mountain Man shirt.
