Raleigh area is already so expensive. One of Cecil's core principles is to spend as little money as possible. It really wouldn't make any sense for them to go some place with that degree of density and that degree of expense. My guess is middle tier and, specifically, Austin. Atlanta would be less expensive than Raleigh by far, so I'd put that as #2.
