Penn and Teller would not be fooled. It is a very pretty and technically sound routine though. I could have done without the white squares appearing and disappearing at the front of the table, b/c that shows the table is gimmicked. But that's a personal style preference. Dude obviously has some moves.

Yeah it's nice looking, but nothing super mysterious about it.If you watch closely you can see him pull off his vest every time it changes. The box has a shallow compartment on top that he probably just slid one of those coins into, the rest you see were already there and glued into place to make it look like the whole thing was full instead of just being a shallow compartment and the rest went into his lap just like the cards. The felt on the table clearly has some pockets and those squares were already there and opened with magnets or rubber bands or whatever. This is still a great act. But it's not real magic, like David Copperfield.

you can see him bottom deal the different color cards and even fuck up a little, especially at 1:08

yeah, that bottom deal is sloppy af. not sure how this act is really all that great. the vest pull was obvi af too. he really needs to work on his misdirection.2/5 would not hit.[Edited on November 12, 2018 at 10:37 AM. Reason : srsly tho, this mofo is a witch]

Explain the other shit

What other shit do you want explained? The table has multiple gimmicks, so he can move that felt around to create a bunch of effects. (like the cut in half card) He throws like 30 things in his lap, to make them disappear. He deals seconds, thirds, or bottoms to make the cards change colors (I thought they weren't bad the first time around.) The gold box has a false bottom to make it look like he's putting stuff in there. The coin work is all using similar techniques. And the vest changes colors simply by pulling off a cover that is black or red/blue.He's acting so he's not really sad that all those coins are gone.
