It sounds so silly because it seems like such a far-off concept, but I guarantee you those crazy Chinese are working on ways to weaponize space.

I for one, would welcome a fleet of Star Destroyers roaming around the planet. As long as all of their names start with USS...

I read a book called Ghost Fleet where the Chinese put a laser on their space station to destroy many of our satellites in order to cripple our war fighting abilities.

it's not great literature but it's okay bathroom reading if you like that genre
