Yes. I registered for my neighborhood's one out of curiosity. Was on there for maybe a week before I quit. It was mostly just a bunch of bored people with nothing better to do but complain about every tiny little thing that their neighbors are doing.

most of the stuff i see on there is people looking for recommendations for repair work, looking for missing pets, and the occasional "suspicious red truck driving real slow" or "cars go too fast on our road!!!". i did just see one for a "bass player looking to jam" which made me lol. my neighborhood facebook group is much worse with passive-aggressive bullshit and reports of suspicious looking people and people selling their bullshit pyramid scheme stuff.

I don't check mine that often but I find it useful for info on local businesses and service providers.

Bullshit. I love Nextdoor. Crazy fuckers all over the place.

One lady keeps asking for prayers and goes nuts when people tell her that ND is not the place for that. She posts about twice a week asking for people to pray hard for Jesus.

Surprisingly she recently posted if anyone would pick up some limbs and trash in her yard. I couldn't help myself and told her she could find a couple Jesuses congregating near the Home Depot a few blocks away.
