Assuming this was filmed on her or her friend's phone, how does the video for these things get out? Does the media ask for the video from her friend? Did her friend send it to someone and they shared it with the media? Does the police get a hold of it and it then becomes public domain? You'd think these things would be kept between the friend and the po-po.
