Most people use it to mean the type of product itself, just like Pampers, Xerox, etc., are used to mean diapers and copy machines, respectively. In that case, slinkies would be correct. However, if you are strictly using it as a brand name (which you didn't, since you did not capitalize it ), then it should be "Slinkys".
