If you use one? I've been using the MapMyX suite for several years, but I want to get into more stats since I got a heart rate monitor. I'm gonna try to start using zones for training. For what little bit of biking I do, I have Strava, but to access the stats for zones with MapMyRun, it costs 30/year. That isn't breaking the bank, but I've heard other maps like Runtastic have all of those features for free (or a one-time purchase). I've been using MapMyRun so long though I'm just hesitant about switching.

Why switch? Just pay the $30/year and continue on.

Well, if people liked Runtastic, it's only 5 dollars for the pro version that unlocks a lot of what you get for 30/year with MMR premium.

Might as well try it I guess...only out 5 bucks right? U don't use the social features of MMR?

FitBit with a Charge 2 and Aria scale and MapMyRun. I've also used the paid version of the Lose It App, which is really nice if you're not into FitBit.At the gym, I work at, we use the MyZone heart rate monitor belt during group classes and I think some of our clients use it outside of the gym with the MyZone app.

^^I do, but I don't have a whole lot of friends that are on there. The premium unlocks more social features though.
