Not the best Bond, but still my favorite.

You know, you could've just said he was your favorite.

I could have also expounded on my opinions on the various good and bad points of each Bond. What's your point?

The guy entertained people, including yourself. Now he's dead, and you couldn't just say something nice about him--you had to qualify it in a way that diminished his legacy.

Nobody does it better

I'm not diminishing anything. I'm just describing some of the nuances of my feelings.

Why post otherwise? I suppose I could just post a pic of pouring a dry martini on the curb.

was my favorite Bond. I know that isn't a popular opinion since most people view his incarnation as too cheesy/not serious enough/whatever, but he's the one I grew up watching and the one I got the most enjoyment out of. In my opinion, the opening to the Spy Who Loved Me is the most Bond-like sequence of the entire franchise. Its got the girl, gadgets, an epic chase/escape scene, and the trademark music. And the badass line -- "But James... I need you!" ... "So does England."My mum (saw it in the cinema in England) said that when the Union Jack parachute opened up, people went wild cheering.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_kyQauA2udcEdit: Also, how about that bright yellow and red ski outfit for a spy, haha.[Edited on May 24, 2017 at 11:59 AM.
