Wade definitely seems to be working with much raw-er talent, like a team full of Shaun Kirsk. I was impressed that they came back from a pretty significant deficit in a very high pressure away game but they just couldn't finish it. Had some nice plays drawn up after timeouts too. Either coach is an upgrade.
