Yeah, it's overused, especially in movie and TV soundtrack (but it's usually someone else singing it).The reason why I love listening to Cohen sing it over all of the covers is the buildup to a very brief moment of silence he always did during the penultimate chorus. Gives me shivers (the good kind) every time. It might be in other versions but I've never noticed it the same way.
