It was pretty neat! I left feeling inspired.

In addition to awesome exhibits, I also saw:

-A lot of family groups all wearing the same family reunion t-shirts
-Many women, with walkers, moving slowly
-My cousin, I think
-A very long line for the soul food restaurants
-Nikes

I want to go to this and have some time off next week that I might use to visit D.C. But I heard it's hard to get passes to get in. Is it?

It is a crap shoot to get day-of passes. For day-of passes, you are reliant on either the museum having extra passes, or another visitor having extras. I wouldn't not count on being able to get a day-of pass.

The passes obtained through reservation are free, and easy to get. But if you were to reserve passes today, those passes will be for a date about 2 months from now.
