ange openly trying to influence the U.S. election while taking residence in their embassy? I'm not too bothered by the fact that he is doing it, as I am quite sure the U.S. influences elections around the world too. And I'm not too bothered by the fact that Assange is able to pick sides in the election, because, I am of the opinion that if information is out there, it needs to be shared within reasonable limits. But isn't being holed up in the embassy, while openly interfering in another country's election a bit like coming to a strangers house and making yourself a sandwich?

Well, maybe we are closer to an answer here. Assange's internet access was killed today. Assange apparently confirmed that Ecuador cut off his access (http://www.bbc.com/news/technology-37680411)I'm guessing one of two things happened 1) Ecuador just got tired of old Julian, and his sandwich theft2) The U.S., who I'm sure gives aid to Ecuador in some fashion, decided that they were fed up; and threatened to cut off the ca$h flow if Assange wasn't dealt with.

I was thinking about this this week with all the Wikileaks dumps against the DNC & Clintons. He is going to be having a lot of problems in the very near future.
