If anyone has any knowledge of a Kutchie Pelaez or of the restaurant, we would greatly appreciate your help. I lived in Arden for two summers, don't remember ever hearing about that place...but then again I was living at a church camp and only ventured out on Saturday evenings...and it was also in the mid-late 2000s
