Thanks adultswim, yea I need to look into that my father is b12 deficient and gets monthly shots from a doc for it. I am told the b12 in pill form doesn't do much.... I would like to find a nondoctor way for the time being, at least until the new job insurance kicks in.... ideas?

definitely not a doctor and don't recommend this but you can get the injectable form online

or just try the pills til you get insurance

Ive been tested for it before, last time it was checked I was low enough that tried a few different 'forms' of b12 (one of those claimed to be more bioavailable) and then I also tried an under the tongue one dropper thing, I'm not sure I tried it out long enough to know if it helped... it tasted icky

I've had an eye twitch (lower right eye) for THREE FUCKING YEARS now. I've seen a few different doctors and now have a list of all the things NOT causing it.

You should probably just get your lower right eye removed. That would still leave you with your upper right eye, as well as both upper and lower left eyes.
