I fly a drone and go to the most remote places I can for landscape shots. I know there is a lot of negative press and paranoia and inevitably some asshole will screw it up for the rest of us. If there is someone around I invite them over to see exactly what I am doing and often times they are fascinated (again I usually fly in remote public spaces).

Dumb people will use rifles to try and shoot these things down, I'm afraid. But if it is in my yard, and it isn't gone by the time I come back out with my shotgun - fair game to me.

I can't wait until Amazon starts delivering via drone. I'm going to set up an EMP device, wait for the drones to fly over my house, and then treat myself to some gifts from the sky

fuck you drone get off of my property

I have a quadcopter and would side with the land owner on this, though I think if the guys stuck around and the cops showed up then everyone would get charged. I'd imagine the drone operators would get the worst of it because it was unlikely they had a commercial license or even registered the thing for recreational use.
