I don't think it's bullshit. They did an amazing job growing the sport over the past decade. I really think the ufc unleashed shows were the key. Obviously TUF was a big winner as well. They hit about every avenue though, I mean they had a poker website at one point. The real win though was keeping the fighters pay so low. I still don't see how they won that antitrust suit. That was bs in my opinion. I don't understand why GSP and anderson silva types didn't just finish their contract then fly solo for a few fights. I wonder if they see something like that in the future and are selling before it threatens their business model

I think a fighter's union is probably coming soon, but I have a hard time believing that they're going to sell before the next TV deal happens. It's only going to be bigger money and they've acquired a lot of new content for UFC TV recently. I wonder how much of this is real and how much is them floating stuff to help with marketing, getting the brand in the news in advance of the Las Vegas arena opening and Madison Garden shows.
