Have anyone of you contacted the BBB or know anyone that has contacted the BBB. I was finally fed up with ATT and then I filed a complaint. These people actually came back with some smart ass comments trying to state why they wouldn't rectify the situation. How do you guys handle it/what does one do when not happy and the company SUCKS at fixing anything!? Thanks!

BBB is useless... depending on what the complaint is, the FCC has consumer agencies that can help with problems.

Change service providers if that's an option, or email/social media bomb.

it's pretty impressive that the BBB hasn't already gone the way of the yellow pages

The BBB is a completely worthless organization. Any business who is willing to pay their fees for "accreditation" gets an automatic A regardless of their customer service.

Worse than Yelp in this regard as the BBB just gets to set the rating at whatever they want. At least with Yelp, a majority of the reviews they show are real--however tilted towards the negative they are because they are online.

Back when I had TWC, I filed complains with the BBB and FCC. Got a quick response via a manager on site within 48 hours. Of course, I had been fighting TWC for months up until that point.

And this wasn't over billing. It was over their Internet service shutting the bed every evening.

I could write a novel about my complaints with ATT. If you file a complaint with the NC Attorney Generals office you will get a response from the ATT office of the president. They are actually normal people not the miserable incompetent shits that work the customer service number.

ATT billed me for MONTHS after I returned my equipment and cancelled and then sent the invalid bill to collections. Once they fixed the bill they tried to change it to a paid collection instead of removing it since I did not owe them money. They are stupid as fuck. I am just now getting it straightened out.
