it blows my mind that almost every company has this type of BS advertisement on their website. I understand that this is a new age in marketing, and since the web content is essentially given away, you have to advertise. But why not advertisements for companies like coca-cola or chevrolet, for example, instead of stuff that is pure spam?[Edited on February 18, 2016 at 7:34 PM. Reason : )]

^^I doubt Coke and Chevy are gonna waste their time with a local newspaper website or whatever other outlet. Maybe a local Chevy dealership, or a BOGO special on Coke at the Teeter. But not for a national site.[Edited on February 18, 2016 at 11:37 PM. Reason : .]
