I am re-letting my apartment to move in with my girlfriend. The re-let allows you to take complete charge of your lease and pay rent to Campus Crossings directly. This is a 4 bedroom/4 bathroom apartment that I am re-letting 1 bed/bath from. I currently have three male roommates who attend NCSU. The apartment can be ready as soon as needed provided that the required paperwork is complete. The lease ends at the end of July and can be renewed if needed.

Water, cable and internet included.
Electricity not included, however, Campus Crossings allots each resident $25/month towards their electric bill. You only have to pay if you go over that amount and they credit you if you use less.
Rent is usually around $540 after paying electricity.
