Find the feedback on their website, and make mention of your disappointment. You can get a free meal out of it. I got screwed twice in a row by a bojangles in Columbia. First made me wait 15 minutes for fresh supremes, only to open the box down the road and find out they burned them. Next time, they left out my biscuit. General manager called me and told me to tell them he said the next meal was on him. Could have abused it, but used it only once.

post on their twitter. that's where they feel the most exposed. i got a baconator from wendys that was laughable and took a pic and posted the bacon-lacking burger and they contacted me immediately offering a refund and coupon for a free one.

Only fast food fish sandwich I've ever really liked was the Hardees grilled cod filet.

Look. I love Bojangles. I really do. When I bought my house, a Bojangles opened up less than a mile from it and I considered that a sign from god that it was a good investment. But still, I only go there for their chicken or their biscuits. The fish sandwich looks awful. Fish in general from a fast food place is prob a bad idea.


That being said, they FINALLY got cheddar bo biscuits at my local one. Hallelujah.

I had the fish sandwich. It was just like a McDonald's one. The fish was a little better but their tartar sauce sucked though.

On a side note, I went to Bojangle's for breakfast before work the other day and they gave me fries instead of the Bo Rounds I had requested

I went to bojangles for lunch one day and wanted bo-rounds, but I know that sometimes they don't have them ready and I didn't want to wait so I asked them about it before.

"Can I take your order?"
"Do you have bo rounds ready?"
"One sec..."
-at least 30 seconds pass-
"Order when you're ready"
"Do you have bo rounds?"
"Oh!, hang on... Yea we do"
"I want a cajun filet combo with Bo-rounds"
"Cajun Filet with Fries, anything else?"
"No... BO ROUNDS"
"Ok Cajun Filet with Bo Rounds anything else?"
"That's it"

So I pull around they hand me my bag, I look in it and you guessed it, Cajun Filet with fries.

Luckily I hadn't pulled off yet since I suspected that might happen, just had to knock on the window.

a few weeks ago I waited 10 minutes, and they gave my order to someone else. I waited 10 more minutes for fries.

On the way home, some asshat was driving in the turn lane. I sped up to get around him (who knows what the fuck he was doing), and was immediately pulled over and given a warning ticket. fuck bojangles, man

I complained on bojangles' online thing one time and they sent me a coupon card for a free tailgate special. I complained because I ordered one of their supremes combos. When I got it home to eat, there were 3 pieces of chicken that were smaller than McDonald's nuggets, the mtn. Dew was not carbonated and the fries were hard as a rock. I've never complained to a company about any product before but that shit put me over the edge
