2013 Tahoe, bought new, single owner.Key fob has remote start. Held the button to start the engine and then pressed unlock. Heard it wind up as usual (NOT crank...something else, not sure what it is), but then stopped. It did not crank, did not turn over. The key can be inserted, can be turned all the way to start, but there is no action. The engine doesn't crank, and there isn't even a clicking sound.Everything else works totally fine, but the dashboard is lit up including the security light.Even thought it has never been a problem, I think I pressed Unlock at JUST the right moment in the engine start sequence that it somehow tripped the security system.I have no clue how to google this.Anyone have any idea?

If this was a 2003 GM product rather than a 2013, I'd say it's a passlock or BCM issue. I don't know if passlock even existed in 2013. This is going by non-start problems I've seen in my wife's former car (2000 Olds Alero) and a co-worker's car (2004 Buick Century).
